At the 2013 GRAMMYs, Frank Ocean took home the award for Best Urban Contemporary Album for Channel Orange. The award was presented by Kelly Rowland and Nas, who had collaborated with all three nominees in the category, including Chris Brown and Miguel.

In his acceptance speech, Ocean thanked his mother and managers, expressing his gratitude to Odd Future Records and Island Def Jam. "I want to say thank you to my mother for being the best and my managers Kelly and Chris for being the best," Ocean said as Tyler, The Creator added a memorable touch by making faces and throwing deuces to the camera. Ocean also won Best Rap/Sung Collaboration for "No Church In The Wild" that night. For more memorable GRAMMY Rewind moments, visit GRAMMY.com/videos.
